The copyright to this article is transferred to the Clinical Endoscopy (CE) effective if and when the article titled above is accepted for publication. If the article has more than two authors, each author must individually transfer his or her right in the article to the CE by signing this form. If the article is not published in the CE, this form is void and will not take effect. If it is signed and the article is published, the copyright transfer covers the exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the article, including reprints, translation, photographic reproduction, microfilm, electronic form (offline, online) or any other reproductions of similar feature.
