  • The journal manager, Dr. Eun Young Kim, has been working voluntarily as an editor of “Clinical Endoscopy” since 2011. She graduated from Kyungpook National University School of Medicine in 1987. She is now working as a professor of Gastroenterology, Department of Internal Medicine, School of Medicine, Daegu Catholic University, Daegu, South Korea. She had become a member of the editorial board of Korean Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy since 2002. When “Clinical Endoscopy” succeeded “The Korean Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy” in 2011, she participated as a deputy editor in editorial committee of “Clinical Endoscopy”. She is always trying hard to publish good open access journal with informative articles for researchers encouraging all editors and editorial board members cooperate organically.
    Dr. Eun Young Kim is in charge of ensuring on-time publication of each issue by coordinating the submission, reviewing and publication process. She monitors the flow of the submitted articles and solves any problems related with reviewing process until final editor’s decision by responding to any queries from authors, reviewers and editors. She also works to improve quality of journal by inviting high quality review articles and editorials with colleague editors.

  • The manager of the review process, Dr. Gwang Ha Kim, has joined the journal since December 2017 as an associated editor and then a deputy editor in the upper gastrointestinal section. He had worked as an editorial board member and an associated editor of the Journal of Neurogastoenterology and Motility from 2010 to 2019. He is also an editorial board member of Gut and Liver, BMC Gastroenterology, World Journal of Gastroenterology, and World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He received PhD in the Internal Medicine from the Pusan National University College of Medicine, Korea, in 2013. He is an expert in review of manuscripts.   • Do Hyun Park worked voluntarily a deputy editor in CE since 2018. He is a full-time professor and medical doctor at University of Ulsan College of Medicine, Asan Medical Center, Seoul, Korea. He have served as International Editorial Board of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Editorial Board of Endoscopic Ultrasound, and international committee of American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE). He earned MD and bachelor’s degree at Hallym University and earned Ph. D. at University of Ulsan College of Medicine, Seoul, Korea. Also, He was a clinical instructor at University of California, Irvine (UCI) medical center (2010~2011) and a visiting scholar Washington University in St. Louis (2011) in USA.
  • More than 250 peer-reviewed publications include NEJM, Gastroenterology, Gut, American Journal of Gastroenterology, Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and Endoscopy have been published. He received consecutive 10-year Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (GIE) reviewer award (2011-2020).

  • Kwang An Kwon has worked voluntarily as a deputy editor in the lower gastrointestinal section since 2011. He graduated from Soon Chun Hyang University College of Medicine in 1993 and received Ph.D. (Internal medicine major) at Soon Chun Hyang University in 2006. He became a professor of gastroenterology department in Gachon University in 2003. He studied as a research and clinical fellowship doctor at the univesity of Toronto from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, he became a member in the editorial board of Clinical Endoscopy, the official journal of Korean Society of Gastroenterology. He has published articles on gastroenterology, the list of which is available from http://orcid.org/0000-0002-2947-2111. Presently, his main interests are in colon cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and journal editing.

  • Im Hee Shin is a Professor and the Chair of the Department of Medical Statistics, School of Medicine, Daegu Catholic University, where she joined the faculty in 1997. She has served as the Director of Medical Statistics & Informatics R&D Institute within Daegu Catholic University Medical Center (DCUMC) since its establishment in 2012. She is CDISC K3C Chair as CAC and AP3C committee. She has been the Steering Committee of Multi-Regional Clinical Trials Center of Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard (MRCT of BWH and Harvard) since 2013. She has been served for the Human research protection as AAHRPP Site Visitor since WIRB fellow in 2009 even in FERCAP lead surveyors. As the Central Pharmaceutical Council of South Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety since 2008, she has been served and involved in clinical researches. For the academic, she has been on the Executive Board of the Korean Epidemiology Society and the Korea Data and Information Society, Editorial Committee of Clinical Endoscopy and , Editorial Committee of KAIRB as Policy Committee.
